This policy only applies to Gawkr Pro customers who sign up through our website. Gawkr Enterprise customers should refer to their respective subscription contracts for details about cancellations and refunds.
- We offer a seven-day free trial period to customers without collecting payment card information. During the trial period, you can notify us anytime to discontinue the service
- If you do not notify us during the trial period, we will contact you at the end of the free trial to confirm if you would like to begin your monthly renewable subscription. We will send you a payment link (or any other payment mechanism) where you may make the payment to start your subscription
- The monthly subscription fees are not refundable
- You can cancel your subscription anytime by emailing a request to sales@gawkr.io. Please ensure that you email the cancellation request from the email address you provided for our records, at least three (3) business days before your monthly payment due date. This will help us process your request in time. After processing your cancellation request, we will email you a confirmation and stop collecting future subscription payments
